If you’re looking for a fun way to improve your fitness while spending more time on the tennis court, Cardio Tennis could be exactly what you need.

Cardio Tennis combines tennis drills, movement and high-energy activities to create a great cardiovascular workout  with plenty of hitting along the way.

Unlike a traditional coaching session, the emphasis isn’t on perfecting every shot. The aim is to keep moving, hit plenty of balls and enjoy a workout that also benefits your tennis.

Improve Your Fitness

Cardio Tennis keeps you moving throughout the session, helping to improve cardiovascular fitness, stamina and overall endurance.

The combination of short bursts of activity and recovery is similar to the stop-start nature of a tennis match, making it particularly useful for players who want to feel fitter and more energetic on court.

Improve Your Movement on Court

Good tennis is about much more than hitting the ball.

Cardio Tennis involves plenty of movement, changes of direction and footwork, helping you become quicker and more comfortable moving around the court.

Over time, improved movement and fitness can make it easier to get into position for your shots and recover for the next ball.

A Workout That Doesn't Feel Like a Workout

Running on a treadmill isn't for everyone!

Cardio Tennis gives you a cardiovascular workout while you're concentrating on something else moving, hitting the ball and enjoying the session. Exercise is much easier to stick with when you actually enjoy doing it.

It's Social Too

Get to meet members that you don’t normally see on the tennis court. It’s suitable for all ages and all levels so come with a friend, a family member or come alone.

Cardio tennis is run on a pay as you go model, sign up each week on Acebooks for just €5.

So grab your tennis racket and come join the fun on court every Friday at 6pm
